Welcome to Spirhea. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and policies for booking and receiving astrology consultations through this website. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the terms below.
Nature of Services
Spirhea provides astrology consultations for personal insight, self-awareness, and educational purposes. These services do not constitute psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice. Clients must be 18 or older unless the session is booked by a parent or caregiver for a child.
Booking & Payment
- Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
- All prices include VAT where applicable.
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Clients may reschedule their session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
- Rescheduling is allowed one time per booking.
- Cancellations do not result in a refund, except in documented emergency situations at the discretion of Spirhea.
- Sessions missed or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are considered non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Because each consultation requires significant preparation time, all payments for services are non-refundable, with the following exception:
Refunds may be considered only in:
- documented medical emergencies
- serious unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), evaluated case-by-case
Refunds are not issued for:
- forgetting the appointment
- not reading the Terms & Conditions
- changing your mind
- disliking the outcome of the consultation
- scheduling mistakes made by the client
Spirhea reserves the right to decline a refund when appropriate.
Late Arrival & No-Show Policy
- If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
- If you do not show up within 15 minutes, the session is marked as a no-show and is non-refundable, with no option to reschedule.
Client Responsibility
By booking a consultation, you acknowledge that:
- You voluntarily seek personal insight through astrology.
- You retain full responsibility for any decisions made before or after the session.
- You understand that astrology is interpretive and not a guarantee of future outcomes.
Confidentiality
All personal information, birth data, charts, and communication shared during consultations are treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
Personal Data & GDPR
By booking or submitting a contact form, you consent to the processing of your personal data for:
- scheduling and delivering your consultation
- communication related to your booking
- record-keeping required for billing or legal compliance
Personal data is not shared with external parties except essential service providers such as scheduling tools or payment processors.
